Modifications and Warranty Conditions

Our modification services (including custom headlights, devil eyes, and projector retrofits) come with a 1-year product and leakage warranty. The warranty is strictly limited to water condensation leaks and LED chip failures, and does not cover mechanical damage, accidents, or unauthorized external wiring modifications.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dark Mafia Customs, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our styling services. Dark Mafia Customs shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of modified vehicles on public highways.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
